What you need to know about your holiday at Oberlehenhof

When can I check into my room on the day of arrival?
Your room will be available from 2 p.m. If you arrive earlier, you are of course very welcome to come in before then. We’ll be happy to look after your luggage so that you can make the most of your first day of your holiday.

By what time do I need to vacate the room on the day of departure?
We ask that you vacate your room by 11 a.m. 

How do I confirm my booking?
To confirm your booking, we ask for a deposit. As soon as we have received it, your room is firmly reserved for you.

Will the deposit be deducted from the total price?
Yes, the deposit will be deducted in full from the total cost of your stay. This will not incur any additional costs for you.

How much does it cost to stay in a double room or suite on a single-occupancy basis?
For single occupancy, we charge a 30% surcharge on the room rate.

What discounts are available for children?
The following discounts apply to children in an extra bed in their parents’ room:

• 0 to 2 years: free of charge (100%)
• 3 to 5 years: 70% discount
• 6 to 12 years: 50% discount
• 13 to 16 years: 30% discount
• 16 years and over: 20% discount

Is there a local tourist tax?
Yes. For guests aged 14 and over, the statutory local tourist tax of 3.70 euros per person per night will be charged in addition.

What are the cancellation deadlines?
Should you need to cancel your stay, the following scale applies:

• Up to 4 weeks before arrival: free of charge
• 4 to 2 weeks before arrival: the deposit will be retained
• 2 weeks to 4 days before arrival: 60% of the room rate
• From 3 nights before the start of your stay: 90% of the room rate

What happens in the event of early departure?
In the event of early departure, 90% of the room rate for the booked period will be charged.

How do I cancel my booking?
Please let us know as early as possible by telephone or e-mail. We recommend that you consider taking out travel insurance.

Are pets allowed at Hotel Oberlehenhof?
Out of consideration for our guests with pet allergies, we are unfortunately unable to accommodate pets. We thank you for your understanding.
