Each week, he hosts an exclusive wine tasting – during an overnight stay in South Tyrol – just for our guests. Our cosy Stube parlour becomes a treasure trove of local flavours as Dominik presents South Tyrol’s finest wines, each bottle telling its own story. Which will be your favourite? An indigenous red like Lagrein or Schiava, the celebrated Gewürztraminer, a crisp Pinot Grigio, or perhaps a smooth Merlot Riserva? As your wine hotel in South Tyrol, we’ll help you discover it.
