General Conditions
Single Use of Rooms
For single use of double rooms or suites, a surcharge of 30% will be applied.
Family Discounts
For children sleeping in an extra bed, the following discounts apply:
- Children from 0 to 2 years: 100%
- Children from 3 to 5 years: 70% discount
- Children from 6 to 12 years: 50% discount
- Children from 13 to 16 years: 30% discount
- From 16 years onwards: 20% discount
Arrival and Departure
Rooms are available from 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival.
On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the room by 11:00 a.m.
Reservation
To confirm your reservation, we require a deposit, which will be deducted from the total amount.
Cancellation Policy
- Up to 4 weeks before the start of the stay: no charge
- From 4 to 2 weeks before the start of the stay: the deposit will be retained
- From 2 weeks to 4 days before the start of the stay: 60% of the room price
- Up to 3 days before the start of the stay and in case of early departure: 90% of the room price
The local tourist tax of €3.70 per person per night (for guests aged 14 and over) will be charged separately.
Out of consideration for guests with allergies to animal hair, pets are not permitted.
